Originally it had been planned that the picnic would take place on the field after the service but unfortunately it was too dull and cold a day to do this. The food for the picnic was therefore set out at the back of church and the food eaten inside. Fortunately it didn't rain so the children were able to play games outside and luckily the sun did come out eventually. As you can see below, the food for the picnic was delicious and the children thoroughly enjoyed their games, so a good time was had by all.
